2025年4月26日，由西安理工大学主办，由西北工业大学、上海大学通信与信息工程学院、加那利群岛拉斯帕尔马斯大学、西安电子科技大学、西安交通大学提供支持的第二届数字图像处理与计算机应用国际学术会议（DIPCA 2025)顺利召开。本次会议以线上+线下形式汇聚全球学术精英，共邀请到4位国内外的专家做主讲报告，共同探讨数字图像处理与计算机应用领域的前沿技术与热点问题。
The 2nd International Conference on Digital Image Processing and Computer Applications (DIPCA 2025) was held from April 25 to 27, 2025, in Xi'an, China, in a combination of online and offline conference.
本次会议主要围绕数字图像处理与计算机应用等研究主题进行探讨，特邀国内外科研领域的学科带头人和行业领军人物出席，凝聚了来自西安理工大学、东莞理工学院中法学院、陕西科技大学、江西理工大学、广西大学等多所国内外高校、研究机构、知名企业等产学研界精英，吸引了来自线上线下许多专家学者进行了热烈研讨。
This conference mainly focuses on digital signal, computer communication and other research topics to discuss, inviting domestic and foreign scientific research field leaders and industry leaders to attend. Gathered from the Xi'an University of Technology, Sino-French College of Dongguan Institute of Technology, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Guangxi University and many other domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, well-known enterprises and other elites, attracted many experts and scholars from online and offline to conduct a warm discussion.

主讲报告环节中，陕西科技大学章为川教授、西安理工大学石争浩教授、东莞理工学院中法学院David BASSIR 教授、江西理工大学Ata Jahangir Moshayedi 副教授等来自来自国内外的专家们就数字图像处理与计算机应用等国际前沿热点进行了精彩的学术报告，并提出了未来研究的发展方向。
In the keynote report session, experts from both domestic and international arenas delivered outstanding academic presentations on cutting-edge international topics such as digital signal processing and computer communications, while proposing future research directions. Distinguished speakers included: Professor Zhang Weichuan from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Professor Shi Zhenghao from Xi 'an University of Technology, Professor David BASSIR from Sino-French College of Dongguan University of Technology, and Associate Professor Ata Jahangir Moshayedi from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, this gathering of prominent scholars showcased the latest advancements in digital technologies and explored developmental trends in related research fields.

The excellent presentations of the guests triggered heated discussions and in-depth thinking.
